Last week Ingenio attended the BrightonSEO conference, there was great anticipation amongst the team as the event has always received great reviews and it was our first time attending.
It certainly lived up to its expectations from the array of SEO expert speakers to the Ice cream van in the middle of the auditorium.
For those that don’t know SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation, which is the process of improving your website so that it ranks better within the search engine.
What is BrightonSEO?
As suggested in the name, Brighton SEO is a conference within Brighton specifically on everything SEO. It all started with Kelvin Newman (Founder and Director at Rough Agenda, the company behind BrightonSEO) and a few other people that work within the SEO space creating a get-together of a few people and a couple of talks about the industry.
The event has gradually been growing year on year, with now around 8,000 attendees. It attracts people from all over the world and has become a highly respected conference. You can read more about BrightonSEO’s story here.
